Mombai

From 9-11 to Mombai: massacres, piracy, cartoon riots, honor killings, even genital mutilation - all in the name of Islam, the Religion of Peace- Wow. Maybe this is "social justice" in the minds of the radical jihadists, but where is the voice of mainstream, "moderate," Islam condemning this barbarity? Not a peep. Just the silence of the intimidated. Is the "moderation" of Islam just a false hope, a feint, a clever ruse? Are we just being rope-a-doped? Good question.

Words like "jihad," "Islamofascist," "Moslem terrorist" are now banned from the official lexicon because they might hurt feelings, might project discrimination, might not soothe with sufficient tolerance, and might be (shh!) even "racist." Well, guess what: If you're a target and you're not allowed even to name your attacker, you're toast. Now the UN, at Saudi behest, is seeking to criminalize any criticism of religion, specifically Islam, which, of course, means "submission."

Ours is a weird culture of socially engineered group think and stifling, pusillanimous pomposity. We are now so tolerant of unreality that we tolerate the ferocious intolerance of Islamism, of gay activism, of pontifical "liberalism," of academic sacred cows like evolution and global warming, all systems of totalitarian collective thinking maintained by the posture of pretended correctness, all sand castles of the mind, all naked emperors. Are there no emperors around who are dressed?

We, the so called intolerant, red necked, ill educated (but still patriotic), thinking few in America must tolerate being called "intolerant!" by the utterly intolerant proponents of toleration. Boggle.

Why are we are not allowed to name the obvious? Here in the land of the brie and home of the crave are we too busy trampling poor Walmart clerks, too busy consuming, to recognize we've been consumed by political correctness?

One of the targets of all this enforcement of illusion is Israel. It's not our fault, say the maniacal (remember, Religion of Peace) Islamists, It's all Israel's fault. They make us do it. You just need to divide Jerusalem, amputate the Golan, Judea, and Samaria, just give us another state (only the 57th) and we'll give you all peace and security. Sure we will.

Islam is not just an exclusionist, but a supremacist religion. It is the Islamist's devoted intention to impose a new caliphate upon the world, to subdue and subjugate all of Dar al Harb (the House of War) to Dar al Islam (the House of Peace) by education, persuasion, terror, lying, or murder. In Islamist eyes, such "holy" ends justify any murderous means. In our eyes, such terrorizing for "submission" is like raping for chastity.

If the best defense for Israel (and America) is to be militarily indefensible, if submission to Islamist demands is the way to universal justice, then down is up. Let's all pretend promiscuity promotes health or practice Russian roulette for safety. The coerced imposition of "submission" over Israel and America, in the name peace and safety, is galloping down upon us all like the horseman of the Apocalypse.
